Basic Hourly Rates (remote or onsite)
- Zoho application & business process consulting: $125 per hr
- Onsite appointments are booked for a minimum of 2 hours
- Remote sessions, including screen sharing sessions, telephone and email support billed in 15-minute increments
- There is a travel fee of $35 for onsite appointments within the Los Angeles area
- A travel fee of $50 will apply to appointments within Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties
- Business hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday
- Support outside of normal business hours is billed at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate during the week, and 2 times the basic rate on weekends and holidays
- Payment for fees at rates agreed for work performed is due on receipt of invoice
- Payments are accepted using any major credit card, or your PayPal account. Checks are not accepted.
- Monthly retainers are due on the first day of each month during which services will be rendered
- Any amounts owing to Actoris Consulting after 14 days from the date services were rendered will be subject to a 3% surcharge per month, retroactive to the date services were rendered
- If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we require a cancellation fee equal to one hour of time for the type of services that were scheduled
- Actoris Consulting is happy to provide fixed cost pricing for specific projects, such as software solution evaluation/selection projects and system implementations. Pricing and terms will be detailed in a proposal prior to the commencement of work
- A discounted hourly fee can be negotiated for recurring services that are paid for in advance at the beginning of each month
